About the role
AI is not a feature we bolt on; it is the engine of everything we ship. DijiPilot generates complete brands, product lines, and storefront content through multi-step pipelines that orchestrate OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and a dozen image generation providers. DijiFlow turns speech into text entirely on-device, built on Whisper with custom vocabulary correction and hallucination filtering across 29 languages.
You will own these systems end to end: designing pipelines and prompts, choosing and integrating models, building evaluation harnesses, and turning research ideas into features used daily around the world. Like everyone at PITIR TECH, you will spend most of your working day with AI, and with AI agents doing the heavy lifting alongside you.
What you will do
- Design, build, and tune the multi-step AI pipelines that generate brands, products, and content for DijiPilot.
- Integrate and benchmark LLM and image generation providers behind our provider abstraction, and decide which model wins each job.
- Improve DijiFlow’s on-device speech recognition: vocabulary correction, hallucination filtering, and per-language quality.
- Build agentic workflows and automations that multiply the whole team’s output, not just your own.
- Measure quality with real evaluation harnesses; never guess.
What we look for
- Real engineering depth: you are a software engineer first, with strong TypeScript or Python.
- Production experience with LLM APIs, prompt design, and multi-step AI workflows or agents.
- You already work AI-first: coding with AI assistants, building automations, and delegating to agents is your normal day.
- A rigorous, measurement-driven approach to model output quality.
- Comfortable working in English.
Nice to have
- On-device inference: Whisper, CoreML, Metal, CUDA, or GGML.
- Image generation workflows and asset post-processing.
- Node.js backends, PostgreSQL, AWS.
- Turkish language skills.

About the role
Our surface area is wide for a small team: TypeScript and Node.js services on AWS, React panels, PostgreSQL, native desktop apps in Swift for macOS and C# for Windows, and Shopify storefronts in Liquid. What makes that possible is how we work: AI-first, always.
We want developer vibe coders, not non-developer vibe coders. That means real engineering fundamentals, plus the fluency to direct AI to write, test, and refactor at a pace no keyboard can match. Expect to spend around 80% of your day working with AI tools and agents; your expertise is what keeps that output excellent.
What you will do
- Ship features across our Node.js and Express backends, React panels, and PostgreSQL data models.
- Drive AI coding agents through the full loop: spec, generate, review, test, refactor, ship.
- Deploy to production on AWS (ECS, S3, RDS) with Docker and GitHub Actions.
- Contribute to our native desktop apps or Shopify storefronts depending on your strengths.
- Build internal automations that remove repetitive work for the whole team.
What we look for
- 3+ years building production software, with strong TypeScript and Node.js.
- Solid React and modern frontend fundamentals.
- Relational databases and clean API design.
- Fluent AI-first development: you already code with AI daily and know when to trust it, verify it, or override it.
- High standards: you test, review, and polish before you ship.
Nice to have
- Swift/SwiftUI or C#/WPF desktop development.
- Shopify theme or app development (Liquid, Admin API).
- AWS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

About the role
Two products, six codebases, two countries, and a team that works AI-first every hour of the day. You will turn ambitious ideas into scoped, sequenced, shipped reality without losing the magic along the way.
Our project managers work with AI the way our engineers do: drafting specs with it, automating status tracking, and building workflows that keep information flowing without meetings. Expect to spend most of your day working alongside AI tools, and to be genuinely expert at the craft of shipping software.
What you will do
- Own roadmaps and release plans across DijiPilot and DijiFlow.
- Turn ambiguous ideas into crisp specifications that engineers and AI agents can execute.
- Build AI-powered workflows for planning, tracking, and reporting; automate the busywork out of project management.
- Coordinate engineering, design, and marketing across the UK and Türkiye.
- Protect quality: a deadline never justifies shipping below our standard.
What we look for
- 2+ years managing software projects end to end.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Turkish.
- Enough technical depth to challenge estimates and understand trade-offs.
- Daily, confident use of AI for writing, planning, and automation.
- Specs and updates people actually enjoy reading.
Nice to have
- E-commerce or SaaS product experience.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI coding tools and agent workflows.
- Formal project management or agile training.

About the role
You will be the human voice of PITIR TECH: for entrepreneurs launching stores on DijiPilot and for people dictating with DijiFlow on macOS and Windows, across languages and time zones.
Support here is AI-first too: AI drafts, you direct and perfect. You will build and tune the automations that answer the routine, so you can give the hard cases real human care. We want a support expert who treats AI as a power tool, never as a replacement for judgment.
What you will do
- Answer product questions with speed, empathy, and precision, with AI handling the first draft and you owning the final word.
- Troubleshoot real technical issues on macOS and Windows, and escalate cleanly to engineering.
- Build and maintain AI-powered support automations, macros, and help content.
- Turn recurring questions into better docs and better onboarding.
- Be the customer’s voice inside the company: report friction to product and engineering.
What we look for
- Excellent written English and Turkish.
- Real troubleshooting instinct on desktop platforms (macOS or Windows).
- Comfortable working with AI tools all day and quality-controlling their output.
- Patience, warmth, and precise writing.
Nice to have
- Support tooling and knowledge base experience.
- E-commerce or Shopify familiarity.
- Additional languages.
